We take protecting your experience with Game Changer Products LLC seriously. Here are our shipping, return, and security policies and terms. LLC.

Shipping Policy

We offer UPS and United States Post Office shipping options to serve our retail customers (Monday through Friday). Options include Overnight, Priority, and FREE First Class shipping. Options to require signatures of the recipients are also available.

Free and Priority options are shipped twice per week . Orders with Same Day and Overnight Shipping options received by noon, are shipped that day. Orders with Same Day and Overnight shipping options received after noon will ship the next day.

Delivery of packages shipped via the USPS First Class option can often take longer than the estimated delivery timeframe of 3-9 business days. If you need your package delivered quickly, we recommend selecting a priority shipping option. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot expedite delivery.

Once the Post Office or UPS has taken possession of a package, they are responsible for delivery to a customer’s address. A USPS or UPS tracking number is assigned to all orders and can track shipments and estimated delivery dates. Game Changer Products will not replace items lost or damaged in the mail.

Candy and honey-based products can be damaged from heat and high temperatures during shipment in warm and hot weather months. Damage can include, but is not limited to, melted gummy candies and leaking honey sachets. Game Changer Products LLC considers these situations as damage during shipping. Game Changer Products will not replace any items damaged from heat and high temperatures during shipping or after the products have arrive at their final destination.

When packages are returned to Game Changer Products due to incorrect shipping addresses we will contact the customer via email. If the customer provides a corrected shipping address, we will resend the package. The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy

Game Changer Products LLC offers a full refund or exchange for all unopened and unused products within 30 days. Please follow these procedures for returns:

  1. Contact us at and request a refund or exchange.
  2. We will send a shipping label to you for the return package.
  3. Once we receive the return package, we will send the exchanged product. If you request a refund, we will refund the value of the returned product.
