Thank you for your order. We shipped your order and USPS tracking shows that it is in Texas and traveling thought their network. You should be receiving your package shortly.
We are aware the packages sometimes do not get processed properly by the Post Office but do get shipped to the proper destination eventually. Although rare, at times, a package will travel to the wrong location within the post office and then suddenly appear at its destination, showing a full scanning history.
We do not have control over orders once they leave our building. Until it shows up at the destination scanned, it appears to the customer (and to the shipper) that the package may have been lost.
We inquired at the Post Office, and they said that due to the bad weather and an increase in e-commerce business, they are short-staffed handling the demand. Should your package not arrive within the next seven days (from today) we will send you a new order at no charge or give you a full refund. We apologize for the delay, but the important thing to remember is that you WILL get your item.
